This century-old grand home in Sydney's Woolhara underwent renovations including new pool, poolside cabana, powder room and outdoor landscaping; new ground floor powder room; renovation of 2 bathrooms & 2 children's bedrooms on the first floor; addition of media room, guest suite with bathroom in the attic; and triple car garage and complete grounds re-landscaping.

Selection of materials for this project required careful research and execution to pay homage to the history of the house, including removing and relaying the heritage sandstone flagging along the driveway, handpicking roof tiles from salvage yards across NSW to tie in the new dorma windows, and designing and constructing a wrought iron pool fence that was not only compliant with modern Australian Standards but was sympathetic to the home.
