Designed by Team B Architects, this two-story 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom brutalist style home had its challenges during the construction phase. Without direct road access, and bounded by river, bushland and community land, the construction process needed intensive coordination to transport materials to the site.

 

The building features a facade that features off-form concrete siding and fibre cement panelling, expansive double glazed windows with concealed custom shutters to give the home the greatest connection to the surrounding bushland whilst meeting flamezone bushfire standards;  inground pool and hydronic heated polished concrete flooring.
