Located on an award winning Angus Cattle Farm on the Tumut River, the homestead site is 5km from the public road. The construction process involved moving materials along the lengthy access road over a causeway. The result is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom ironbark clad minimalist design that fades seamlessly into the landscape.

 

The home was built considering it being entirely offgrid. One of the outstanding features is the basalt clad open fireplace, utlising locally sourced stone.
