This 1990's home in Sydney's North Bondi underwent a complete renovation from below ground - up. The owner valued using natural materials and wanted the home to be in-keeping with a vintage Bondi feel. The build included new timber sash windows, French oak flooring, recycled tallowood vaulted ceiling, terrazzo bathrooms, and a Santorini inspired white rendered facade with sandstone flagging.
